Also, in many cases there is a desensitization that leads them to seek more and more shocking thrills. A good friend of mine worked for a man who was busted in one of these rings a few years back. By all outward appearances he was a model citizen and pillar of the community. He confessed to her that it started out with just regular pornography, but over the course of his life regular pornn became boring, so he slowly started looking for something else to excite him.
