toon is good enough to play a significant part.

What are you basing this on?

It's a fair assumption to make.

He is big, fast (a step slower than Stills, but much faster than Colston was coming out of college) and had some definite catching skills coming out of college. Seems to me like its mental for him. If he can just have one great game to break out of the mold we should be good.

hella typos

Oh, I'm not hating on the guy...I've had high hopes for him since we drafted him. But unfortunately, despite the things you've listed as positive qualities of his, none of that has remotely translated to the field.

re-read it.

assuming we go cook, toon is good enough from an evaluation standpoint from the uppers.

He'd be the other big receiver of the 5 going into game day. If they weren't confident in him, you could see the team going matthews, moncrief, robinson, or benjamin.

If they didn't consider toon to be part of the game-day 5, and they still draft cook. You're going in with 5 receivers, 4 of which could end up being 6'0 or shorter, not likely to happen.

He's shown the speed, but he is the Corey White of WRs. He panics with the ball in the air.
