Teams cannot negotiate with other teams players until the 8th- unless they were cut/released like Delmas.

I haven't seen the team talking to Jenkins or dlp. I don't think they're in the plans.

Not that they aren't, but it's never been said that the Saints are talking with those two or their agents, whereas it has been said they are talking to the other three.
And of course(just like with every team) they are talking with other guys, but that can't go public(until Friday or Saturday when the legal "tampering" window opens).
