Sea/Tac restaurant name I can't remember. Need help

Went to this great restaurant on the water around Puget Sound a few years ago. I remember we drove off of the main road and it was a small two lane road on a hell of an incline to get there. It was pretty nice and had great seafood. The view was awesome and they had an outside area/deck but it was too cold at the time.
Thinking of going out there for an extended romantic weekend with the lady and want to go there for sure.
Ring any bells?

The main PX at Ft Lewis had awesome burgers and beer last time I was there.
