I usually trap the cats and transport them across the river. If pet owners would keep their pets under control and off of others' vehicles, there would be no need for me to do this. I don't feel bad about it.

Poisoning Random People's Cats and Dogs

Not poison...but my dad would put broken glass into old food inside the trash bag..because the neighborhood dogs always knocked over our trash and scatter that shite all over the place looking for food

No, no it's not

Yes, it is.

The rare escape from a fenced in yard is definitely doesn't justify the property owner "handling" the problem, but that is just my feelings and the property owner may see things differently. However if it is a habit to let the dog run free then its totally on the dog owner.

No our dog does not wander on other people's property and does not roam the neighborhood. We have very strict leash laws where I live. Also almost every person in our community owns dogs and other people's dogs have been ill recently for no apparent reason.

We have an empty field along side my house and we let our dog play there in the mornings but on a long leash. I suspect someone is throwing the poison out there at night.

Also my dog is an Akita and if you know anything about that breed then you know they almost never bark.

The timing for this is pretty shite too. I'm leaving the country for 5 weeks so no vigilante justice for me.

As you shouldn't. frick irresponsible pet owners that let their animals roam all over. cat owners are the worst offenders of this

A lot of those cats are feral. They were born wild.

Set up a game camera and see what's out there. Hope you find the cocksucker doing this. If you do, show no mercy. I've got no patience for this kind of thing.

She is loose in the neighborhood? Or within your fenced yard?
