Former 5 star recruit Demetrius Summers

LINK

Oh and Lache Seastrunk's highlights were boring it was the same 2 plays to the same side of the field over and over.

All of the ones mentioned were impressive for sure

I've never seen minor's film, but I saw him play many times and I still say he is the best high school player I've ever seen until I saw LF

Toe field was a monster too, but Reggie bush, Devine , and Fournet are the most exciting to watch for me

Does anybody else notice something with the players mentioned??

Majority of the players being mentioned as having 1 of the best highlight vids of all time underachieved at the next level. Devine, Shep, Seastrunk, McGuffie, McKnight, etc. And Doucet somewhat did as well. His best season was 772 yards and 8 TDs.

Why is that?

Because most of the guys that have that "wow" type of highlight reel were kinda small and just an explosive player. You cant give the ball to Devine 20x up the middle. Those guys could do that at the high school level, but werent big enough or physical enough to handle that type of workload.

LF can. AP could and does. Gurley can and does. Guice can. Brossette can. Williams can. Etc, etc.

Bush had the best by far.
I would say Shepard is a close second.

Noel Devine's highlights are still the best I've seen. Many on here are too young to remember. Some wanna bash because he didn't win 6 Heismans at WVU. On tape alone, ND is the king. I thought the shite was fake.

Noel Devine?? ....

Most people on here are too young to remember a guy thats 26 years old and was in the 2007 recruiting class?? The same high school class that had Joe McKnight, Eric Berry, Terrance Toliver, Chad Jones, Stefoin Francois, Joe Barksdale, etc, etc. These guys are like 3 years out of college

How old do you think everyone is on here? 18?

If it was a guy like Travis Minor or a player from the 90s I would understand that. But not a guy that played college football in 2010. And played against us in 2010. He was in the same draft class as Patrick Peterson was.

Have to go with Marcus Dupree

Second would be Hershel Walker

This would have been my two, followed closely by Bo Jackson.

Seriously, if y'all have never seen Dupre's film, it is jaw dropping good. He's so much bigger and faster than anyone on the field, it's not even funny.
