I went to a very small school, and it was a good fit for me academically and socially. I could never have gone to an LSU sized school. Sometimes I wish I had gone somewhere moderately sized, like a TCU.

Considering that I have no idea what you look like and whether I would, in fact, like you to hardleg me, I'm going to say >650.

Could you not do this at a big school? Or is your mission to meet literally everyone on campus?
It's just easier to meet people when theres only 10 to 20 kids in some of your classes instead of 300.

Do people really pick a college to go to because of the football team? Lol

Depends on the school. I'd go to Rice over LSU, but I'd go to Texas or UGA over Rice.
Big public schools are the way to go, IMO, most of the time. Often cheaper, lots to do, good networks, good academics, often more practical for career moves, etc.
In the Northeast it is different, where everyone with any money goes to small liberal arts schools rather than the shitty public schools.
