Use Glutamine too dude. The gains you make will stick better than creatine alone.
As long as your playing 7 on 7 twice a week and running like a sumbitch you won't gain much.
I weighed 130 and was 5'11 when I graduated high school. While at LSU, I lifted heavy, ate a lot of protein, and supplemented with protein, creatine, gluatmine, and vitamins. Got up to 180 in two years.

holy shite! Can you see yourself if you turn sideways?
I can't remember why the loading is necessary but that is only with monohydrate. I think the ethyl ester and other forms don't require it. It does help with strength not with muscle size. It's mainly water weight that you gain but it helps make you stronger which leads to more muscle mass (with the help of added calories).
Try eating what you would normally eat in a day and add in a weight gain shake or two. The key is gradual weight gain. If you eat too much too quickly, you will not want to do it because you will want to throw up. Keep count of your calorie intake. You need to know EXACTLY what you are eating. Liquid calories are much easier to bulk on because it doesn't fill the stomach as much. Whole milk is great for bulking.
In the shake do something like:
Peanut butter
Chocolate whey
Banana
Whole milk
Olive Oil or Flax seed oil
Oats if you want

My step brother is going to be like this. He is 15 and he looks like he is 10. Probably only weighs about 100 lbs. His mother is tiny tiny.
