at your weight it doesn't matter what you're eating. Just get the calories any way you can.

I use concrete and see no weight change. I take the high side of the dose. Two scoops per work out and two scoops every night.

Christ sake dude 130#? You need to wake up and eat meat in the morning, have protein shakes twice a day, and a clean but huge lunch and dinner. There is no reason you shouldn't be able to bulk to 150# very easily.

Work hard in the gym! You have to work hard while there to gain muscle weight.

I was in the same boat as you. 5'7" stuck at 112 in high school and then 120 in college until junior year (I was so proud to get my weight up ). Well, junior year I just ate a shite ton of shite late night and I ballooned to 160 (not a good look unless you're a running back).

Since then I've taken up a lot of sports and went back down to 131 and now I'm at a steady 142-146. The main thing that's going to contribute to weight gain is eating. A lot. I'll eat upwards of 3,000 to 4,000 calories a day, throughout the day, depending on my demands. During the offseason I ate, ate, ate and got to a comfy 149-153. It doesn't need to full meals either. Carry around a bag of nuts (protein), dried fruits (calories + fiber), and chex mix to munch on midday. Have a granola bar and yogurt for linner (lunch/dinner). Muffins? You get the idea~ Just be sure to keep working out ha.

Loading creatine is a scam, only use the normal dosage. Taking more does nothing for you.

If you want to gain, you have to eat a lot. Get your calories from as much lean meat as possible.

If you're that lean, don't do cardio. You don't need it and it will only slow your progress in gaining muscle.

Lift hard and eat.

Most people don't understand how important diet is. If you want to gain muscle you have to eat a lot. If you aren't giving your body the nutrients it needs, you're wasting your time.

He is right, loading creatine is a complete scam. Your body can only handle so much after a certain amount you just pee and poop it out

Well I get a lot of cardio playing 7 on 7 two times a week. I play both ways too. I'm just worried going any higher than the 3000 calories in taking in will make me swell up like a basketball. We've got a free dietician on campus and I have a 1 hour appointment Monday so we will see what she has to say.

Buy a bulk up meal replacement supplement. You can put down 1000 calories in one shake.

What does your Workout look like? And at your weight you should be getting around 250g protein and 300 grams of carbs as you are a classic hard gainer

I'm 6' 155 lbs and am eating a little less than 5000 calories a day. If I lift and eat right, I gain about a lb or 2 a month. If I load up on creatine for a couple of weeks I will gain 5-10 lbs. When I come off of it I will lose that added weight. I just use creatine here and there as a pre workout. Gaining weight is all about eating. Eat more than you burn off and you will gain weight.

Well you're wrong. I have small bone structure but I have toned arms and legs. My ribs and chest are small but I have a toned mid section and abdominal region.
