Yeah the beauty of it is that now is the perfect time for him to pick up and take off and explore a lil, then come back ready to get serious about school.

Your 20s are all about fricking up, and figuring out how as an adult now you pick up the pieces, move on, learn from it and let it shape you into a better person.

If you were actually alpha you wouldn't have to tell people you're alpha.

Exactly. College isn't for everyone. Get a job as a roustabout and work offshore for a bit. Apprentice for a trade. Join the service. You've got plenty of options at your age. Many trades are highly lucrative. There are plant operators on the OT who dropped out of school in 8th grade and make eleventy hundred thousand dollars a year.

Alright soldier knock this crap off and get back out there! Do the complete opposite. This is the chapter in your autobiography book the reader loses hope, but it's followed shortly by you rebounding.

Fight on

Yep. Sometimes I wish I'd have explored a little more before choosing my path.

Yep, may never get that chance again. Go work in Yellowstone for a summer, save money and travel for a few months. Stop looking at your peers and how they are doing, that isn't your life.

The 20's are for figuring out what you want to do, exploring, failing, trying something else.

Snap out of it young man. You aren't supposed to have it all figured out and college is over-rated anyway.

Here is what I suggest, and I'm dead serious. This is literally the way out:

1. Make yourself of service to other people. Volunteer. Help out. Say YES to everything.

2. Make yourself of service to other people. When you are no longer the center of the Universe, you become strangely centered in The Universe.

3. Make yourself of service to other people. Karma keeps track of such things. It comes back to you tenfold.

I could go on, but I'm sure you get the picture. Just realize it's all a bunch of BS, everybody struggles, just engage life with the heart of a servant, and you WIN.

Join the military. After 4 years in that you'll never complain about being an aimless college student again.

Enlist in the Marines and go to boot camp. Either you'll see that your life really isn't that bad and quit or you'll have a steady job and be of service to society.

Go back to school and learn something that will get you a good job. 26 shows up real fast and you better be 1) making some cash and 2) not be where everyone else was at 22. You totally could be the guy waiting tables if you don't invest your time wisely now.

You should see someone.
Also, choose a major and haul arse to get a 3.0 or above.
Get fit and do a hobby. Shoot hoops with the bros .Do intramural sports or a club.
try to meet girls in classes, join a service or career frat
Move out and become friends with roommates or get a job
volunteer
get a dog- best friend ever
connect with family
My college life isn't going out as planned, In fact, its sucking. If all else fails, transfer or study abroad

youre the same guy that started the thread say this was your typical Saturday:

Wake up late.
Smoke, drink, and watch Netflix/hulu the whole day.
Play flag football with my BREC team.
Eat at Al-Noor, Thai Kitchen, or Taco Bell.
Drink, jack off, watch youtube
eat dinner
sleep

I believe there was some solid advice in that thread.

You should look into moving to a new city, new scenery, new friends, get a job, even if its bar tending.

Stop smoking dope. That shite can be bad for someone that's already depressed and in a rut. If you have any kind of chemical imbalance weed will give you more problems than you ever had.

Try getting clean first, then seek out some counselling. You obviously need someone to talk to.

I've overhauled my life several times. Switched from UNO to ULL. Went from ULL to the military. Went from the military to sales. And in the process of going from sales to wherever else I land. shite happens, no use wasting time somewhere that you won't reach your potential.
