Thanks bro. Gave up on trying to stay warm in my house. Sitting in the car charging iphone/ipad batteries. Freezing.

In Columbus. Sitting at my 4 year old's ballet class. Been raining all day. No ice. Sitting @ 32 degrees. Supposed to get bad between 1:00 am and 7:00 am. Then turn sunny around 1:00 pm tomorrow......

Disappointed in the lack of pictures in this thread. Anyone from the Birmingham or Chattanooga area on this board? Birmingham got caught under a massive deformation band just after sunset yesterday that was dropping insane 6 inch per hour snowfall rates in isolated spots. The band on average was dropping 3 to 4 inch per hour rates. Parts of Jefferson County went from almost nothing to 6 inches in a little less than 2 hours.

Ok then get out (if you can safely) and take some pictures around the Huntsville area. Would love to see some snow pics from Monte Sano and Hamptom Cove if you can get over there.

Btw, stuck in Mobile so I have to experience it vicariously through the pictures.

I thought there were posters here from all over the South. Surely someone has some snow pics they can upload?

About 15" here in northern Virginia with another 2"-6" expected. Too busy running my snow blower and shoveling to take pics. It's a lot of freaking snow.

This was my street yesterday with a 1/4-1/2 inch of ice:

And here's this morning with a few inches of snow on top:

Well, I didn't leave campus these past 3 days, but I do have a few pictures to share.
