Need help, outside freezer not staying very cold.

Noticed yesterday afternoon that there was a small puddle under the freezer but it was so small that I thought it just came from the rain. Well this evening I went to get some food out and I noticed that the vegetables didnt seem as frozen as normal. So then I checked some other things and those too werent as cold.
Its a frigidaire frost free upright freezer. Dont have any idea what I could even test on it as I know nothing about freezer maintenance. When I pulled the freezer away from the wall I noticed that it had some R134a stickers on it so am I supposed to add freon to it every so many years? When I open the freezer the light comes on and you can also hear that the freezer is definitely on.
Id appreciate any help I can get on this.

probably be cheaper to buy a new one.

Clean all the dirt and crap built up underneath it off really well so the coils can breathe and do their job - which is cooling the freon back down . Guarantee your problem lives here.

Could be dirty coils
Also, the inner coils could be frozen up for a number of reasons, maybe a bad temperature sensor

get an air compressor and blow off your coils, even wash them with a hose if possible. Outside freezers really should be kept in a cabinet, helps them last longer.
ETA-does it seem like it's even kicking on? unless there's a leak you shouldn't be losing freon.

My defrost timer has failed twice in ten years on my Frigidaire freezer. Replaced it last week. Seam to last about 5 years.
I bought this freezer alarm last week from amazon for 10 bucks. It works but the alarm is not very loud but my freezer is by the garage door so I walk by it multiple times a day and would hear the alarm.

Find your defrost timer and turn it a couple of ticks with a coin or screw driver to get it back on the freeze cycle for the time being. It cycles to defrost every 12 hours and gets stuck on defrost.

Unplug it for 20 minutes and plug it back in. The breaker probably tripped and is stuck.

Tried this and when I get home will see how it worked out. Seems like if a breaker tripped the light wouldnt come on when I opened the freezer.
Also going to borrow an air compressor this evening and will clean under the bottom real well. We took everything out last night except for some bags of ice so luckily we caught it before we lost anything.
Isnt there a poster on here who does appliance repair for a living? Wanna say he is in the NO area?

Clean the coils. That is your problem.

Did you turn the defrost timer a couple of clicks to get it back on the freeze cycle? Looks like this on the bottom left hand corner of back of freezer.

The outside of my freezer never gets cold, it always tends to stay "room temperature."
