I say that shows a lot of respect and how writers/voters feel about Vaccaro in our defense.
Eric Reid put up better numbers, got pro bowl subbed in, and people considered him the 'better safety'. Well writers think different. Vaccaro may not have the int numbers, but the impact on a defense is worlds apart between the two.

There was such a difference on our D between vacarro playing and not playing

KV is a stud. I admit I was wrong about him... along with plenty others.
And I think Reid might be the better true Safety than KV, but KV is the better football player. Line him up all over the field and makes a huge impact. Reid is a pure deep safety. KV is a freaking ball hawk that can line up on the slot WR, TE, split out, blitz from the LB spot, etc. Kid can do it all.
So glad i was wrong about him... Gonna be a big time player for many years to come
