To me, that actually is a CSB.

Shake the hate, Rex. Thanks for posting.

Rex, you make videos of yourself with homemade dog costumes on. You literally couldn't take anyone. Your rendition of "The Boxer" has given me and some of my co workers quite a few laughs though.

Is there a leash law for this beach?

Yes. This section of beach is residential, not touristy, and most dog owners ignore it at this time of year.

As with most dogs on our beach at this time of year Maggie was not on a leash
bullshite

I don't see the problem. I would have done the exact same thing and broke out the pepper spray. Dog owners should always keep their dogs on a leash when not on private property. Other people do not know whether or not your dog is aggressive and/or going to bite and by the time your dog gets close enough, if it's not on a leash it's probably too late. Regardless, even if your dog is the friendliest little puppy that ever lived (and surely yours is, that's what everybody thinks) nobody wants your stinking nasty arse dog jumping all over them. Also, nobody wants to step in your dogs shite and piss. People are just trying to take a peaceful walk on the beach. You ruined it by having your dog off it's leash, but it's not your fault and everyone should bow down and accept the fact that you think you own that beach and you're going to let your dog off it's leash regardless of the law or what other people think, right?

Of course it wasn't my fault. There were several other unleashed dogs on the beach. If he wanted a walk where no dog came near him he should have gone somewhere else.

Maggie made no move for him or showed the slightest bit of interest in him. By the time he was yelling at me to hold my dog she was off chasing birds. He just wanted to complain and have an excuse to pull out his spray. He needs a psychiatrist.

Rex, once again, you make music videos of yourself wearing homemade dog costumes. This is the perfect example of the pot calling the kettle black.

so you break the rules and then you expect him to go somewhere else?

better than 95% of problems people have with dogs would be fixed if they learned to just keep them on a leash if they are not in your house or in your backyard.

you are a lousy neighbor.

I don't EXPECT him to... no. I expect he will pull the same shite with other dog owners.

If he wanted to report me for having my dog off her leash... fine. That would have been more respectable than cowering at a happy, harmless 12 pound dog who wanted nothing to do with him. Like I said, he needs a psychiatrist. I hope my run-in helped him to get one.

I like how you constantly get into arguments with people on here (especially the poliboard) and apparently IRL and you think this somehow makes you MORE intelligent/righteous than everyone else. You truly are a lunatic.
