Citi Prestige is a favorite. Unlike AmEx Plat, the $250 credit can be used towards anything, including airfare. Plat is incidentals only.
The 4th night free benefit, Priority Pass, AA admirals lounge access is unbeatable.

How does that work? Do you just book a flight with the card then flag it for reimbursement?
And also the fourth night free has to be booked in their marketplace right? How many hotels are in their marketplace and are they only high end?

Alright, you guys are killing me with these different cards and rewards. I'm looking for a card to give the most bang, like everyone. Just looking for a good everyday card to build points on.
I don't travel much, I fly roughly once a year, using Air BnB the past few times with success. I have two cash back cards, discover and amex blue. I like both, I have great credit.
I think Amex Plat is out of my league, I'd hardly take advantage of the perks. Gold premier seems nice for everyday purchases and $100 credit for incidentals, but doubt I'd use the whole credit every year. Looking at Citi Premier looks good and comparable to an everyday card, like the Amex gold premier but less expensive. I really like the citi prestige, expensive, but, the $250 credit is nearly a free trip on an airline which I'd use every year, the golf option I would use. I'd use the Concierge service. It seems after everything I'd only be paying ~75 a year using the benefits, not including the tsa precheck. Not sure I'd use the free hotel night after 4 days though. I don't travel for work. Does Citi have any retention offers?

Got the Prestige card in the mail today, damn what a box they send it in!! How long will it be before the priority pass shows up? I have the only flight I have booked for the year not on AA coming up in two weeks.
