I don't know what's all in the dip besides chicken cheese and hot sauce but it's badass .

These dips are getting out control. Had a gumbo dip at a party this Christmas.

Are you being sarcastic?

I thought it was super popular for gameday parties.

Anyway, here's a rough draft of a typical recipe:

8 oz cream cheese
8 oz blue cheese
1/2-3/4 cup of Louisiana hot sauce
2 cups shredded or diced grilled chicken (some use canned chicken)
A few green onions
Monterrey Jack
Salt
Pepper

Mix everything together except monterrey jack in an oven proof dish that's fat and not long. Cover it with the monterrey jack. Bake in oven at 350 until top is brown.

Serve with fritos or tortilla chips.

We're going healthier. Instead of cream cheese, we're using half plain greek yogurt and half sour cream. Won't be a thick and filling, but still good.
