Obviously, like most big cities, you've got to go to the right places but I really, really like Miami.
Granted, I speak a very little Spanish and love Cuban culture.

Florida is definitely in the running along with West Virginia. I've also had people tell me that Minnesota, outside of Minneapolis/St Paul, is pretty trashy itself.

Any worse than all of the rub and tug truck stop billboards all throughout GA?
At least there's actually a decent destination when you're driving through FL.
That being said...... Yeah, there's tons of trash up in here, but I'll take the bad with the good.
In Florida, you have lots of trash, but there's also a lot that makes this a great place to live.
WV, Arkansas, Missouri, Mississippi? Ugh.... Not so much
