Places with happy hour menus or a large selection of appetizers/tapas

What are some places that fit one of these in the New Orleans area? I love trying new places and I often have trouble picking what to eat from menus because I want to try a lot of what restaurants have to offer.
I want to start going to some places and just order a little bit of everything. What are some good places to try that?
I've heard American Sector has a pretty nice happy hour with food and Appoline has a nice happy hour with food even on Saturdays.

Rio Mar
Domenica has a bar bites menu in addition to the half off pizzas during happy hour.

I'm not certain Appoline is still doing the same happy hour they were doing earlier in the year.
The last time I went, they didn't have a happy hour menu.

Peche has great small plates and raw bar items to choose from.
Sobou is a nice spot too.
Salu on magazine has tapas, food isn't bad, but not great either. I like the location.

Well, a few suggestions are better than none. Thanks.
