Anyone want Asylum? I'm willing to sell it with the ladder but minus the jump rope bc it broke. Half price!

I liked it. Just probably won't ever do it again.

I wouldn't mind taking it off your hands.

Agility X done. Of all the workouts, this one is the one I like the least. I just find it disappointing. It's not that intense.

Not a fan of isometrix personally.

Did MMX at fit club today. Got a nice sweat.

When do you wanna start Body Beast, Sabi?

Probably one of my favorite workouts on X3.

It's a fun workout, though I don't understand how it shreds the abs.

I'm guessing when in a couple of weeks after I'm done with X3. Sounds good?

Yup. I can't wait though. I'm working in some of the workouts into my week now. Gonna do arms tomorrow.

1. melting fat
2. you should be using your core in punches in kicks. My abs were sore after today. If yours aren't then maybe you're not doing it right.

I always engage my core, but I haven't felt sore in a while.

That's a good thing.

I started working in weighted ab workouts so my abs are finally getting sore again. I didn't realize how strong they were though. Weighted crunches with 50lbs is easy.

There's some in body beast, but I did some independent research..

Hardest one is the weighted hanging straight leg raises. Hang from the pull-up bar and hold a weight (light weight) between your feet. Do a straight leg raise.

They are really hard. Even with just 10 lbs I can only do 8.

how many crunches can you do with that fiddy?

doing mason twists with a 15 lb dumbbell or ball can be tough enough

I agree on the intense part. Probably why I enjoy it the most
