I think in P90X3 the only thing I use more than 45lbs on is leg stuff.
You can always upgrade the set later.
Which model power blocks are they? I have the urethane version.

Still haven't tried it yet.
But the workouts look really good for toning and flexibility. I might work it in with Body Beast for some better definition.

Yeah I figure if anything.....it will def make me more flexible. The low impact,no jumping aspect is what I need right now with my foot. I think I'll try to do this and do some other cardio/weights at the gym as well.

I don't believe these are the urethane model. Says Sport 5.0...I can't find anything that describes the material.

Yea I'll have to buy the big set of power blocks when I do Body Beast. I threw 70lb dumb bells up like nothing the other day.

Supposed to be a faster pace yoga/Pilates to where you aren't holding poses so long. Supposed to still get a cardio burn but also increase flexibility.

Esp all the lunges. Shaun is basically like "yeah I know we just did a bunch of lunges, but frick it we are gonna do a whole bunch more"
