Being a Beachbody Coach probably paid for the truck. Lucky bastard.

I would probably just make them the night before, if they'll be okay for that long.

Those interested in Body Beast, even several months down the road, might want to consider getting it now. Kits are on sale as low as $40. Not sure how long that will last though.

Finished T25 this morning. Core Speed is legit.

Well, that was fun. Today is end of Week 2, Block 3 of X3. It's going to be weird doing only one workout a day for the next few weeks. Any suggestions, Doc?

I was so glad when I finished T25. By the end of the five weeks for both Alpha and Beta and I was getting incredibly bored. One week of recovery, then Max-OT. Time to get big again.

You can take it a little easier with just one workout and recover, or do an extra two weeks of T25. Why not, huh?

I did Speed 3.0 for the first time yesterday.

HOLE. EE. shite.

That was the first time I had to pause a T25 video. I did catch my second wind by the time "From the top" came around so finished strong.

Doc, there is a set of "Like New" 45lb Powerblocks on CL near me for $250. That seems to be a pretty good deal, yeah?

I went to Nicholls rec and hit some weights the other day. Damn I'm sore.

Still knocked out a 7 mile run this am!

Another week until I start T25

Normally they're $300 brand new.

Is 45 lbs enough weight though?

Not to brag, but I go up to 90 for my chest and back workouts.
