Just to clarify, I have a 5 (no C/S), apparently the A7 devices are experiencing issues with tweaks. That being said, it should be near the bottom of the main settings page.
If it isn't showing up, try reinstalling (hit modify tab>reinstall) mobilesubstrate in cydia (doing that enabled the accelerate tab).

Yeah from the story on modmyi it seems like he was trying to work with evaders but they did a shady deal with some Chinese company and they rejected his offer so he was working with some other people to get a jailbreak. When evaders learned of that they did the early release. They never sent him any files or anything so he's having to work to get everything ready. Seems to be a big deal on twitter and a lot of fighting going on between saurik (cydia creator) and the evaders team.

Saurik and the other lazy developers need to get to work. iOS 7 has been out for over 3 months.

It's safe for everybody that doesn't have a 5s. It will download on a 5s, but it's kind of pointless since they haven't fixed the substrate. I downloaded the JB, but I'm not downloading anything else until the substrate comes out.

One source I read said it's good to go ahead and JB 5s now because that way it will still be done and the updates to Mobile Substrate should be coming anytime. So...

I agree, you just have to keep in mind that downloading the wrong app/tweak before the substrate is updated could cause some problems.

Jailbroke my 5S yesterday. I only do it to use MyWi. I didn't have any issues.

Wired tethering works fine (using it now). I haven't gotten wireless tethering to work yet, but I haven't had any time to mess with it, either.
