It seems that Landry is not only an amazing receiver but also playcaller. Tonight on local sports, it was announced that Cam and Les went with Landry's suggestion on the game winning play. When showing the replay, 4 Arkansas defenders were keying on Landry. One of those 4 was watching Dural, but left Dural because he thought the pass was going to Landry. ESPN also made this claim of Landry making the game winning play call. Well, to top it off, here is the article that makes the same claim-

Landry calls the game winning play

Landry, the ultimate TEAM player, hands of Velcro, the BEAST on special teams and now PLAYCALLER.

It's amazing how many reps these guys take in a season worth of games, practices, and off-seasons, yet this is how we win a game.

I don't mean that in a negative way, stuff like this happens all the time in football.

Landry speaks in third person? What a jerk.

He's the Peyton Manning of WRs. What happens if he goes to the Broncos. Who calls the plays?

Yeah, that was a gift for sure and perfectly executed. Watching the replay after the play, Landry is dragging across and has 3 defenders on him and the 4th, covering Dural, is actually watching Landry and doesn't make a play on Dural until the ball is in the air and it is all over with but the cry for Arky at that point

One of those 4 was watching Dural, but left Dural because he thought the pass was going to Landry.

I was wondering what this clown was thinking!

How have you people missed the most crucial part of this article?

It's very common for a player to tell his coaches what he sees. A good OC takes the advice and uses it to his advantage.

Gonna miss Landry.
