The issue is that they have shown poor growth over the last 3 years......that knocks the potential item.

I suspect the best for AJ would be low 4th right now.

if they declare for the draft, it will be interesting to see who goes first. I think Ego goes before Freak just based on his production on the field. Don't think either is going to standout at the combine and should grade out about the same. Would be huge if either decided to stay though. We need them, although Locoture will probably be our best DT next year even if they do stay. He's looked pretty good and should make a jump in improvement being he was a true freshman this year.

Any DL coach can look good when they have talent like LSU's had the last few years. The mark of a really good coach is when they can coach up young and inexperienced athletes after a mass exodus like what happened after last season.

I'll be honest. Haven't been that impressed with Haley's coaching this year. Not much development or improvement from the DL from game one to game 12. (Just like the team)

Wouldn't mind seeing Orgeron coming in and taking over the DL next season if he doesn't stay at USCw. Of course, Miles/Alleva would have to sit down with Orgeron before any hire and let him know in no uncertain terms, that LSU is not going to tolerate any foolishness or funny business in recruiting.

Brick played LB in college, so he could move over there and Chavis could take over the "Headless Chicken Secondary." That would be a much stonger overall defensive staff.

New OL coach with experience.
Orgeron to DL.
Haley to LB's.
Chavis to DB's.

Thanks for the effort Stud and Raymond, but yall aint LSU material.

LSU can also do better at TE, WR and ST too, but doubt if Miles would make a move there because those positions are not visibly defective enough to warrant a change. (At least in LM's eyes)
