If we can effectively run on a team, why pass at all?

Their defense has also gotten gashed trying to defend the run.

Aubrun had 60 rushes to 25 passes. 379 yards rushing.

Why try to win a shoot-out with aTm? Run the damn ball... run it down their throats. Play-action passes to keep them honest, but run, run, run. Need to control clock and keep JFF off the field as much as possible.

CLM has been made aware of your concerns and will definitely take them under advisement! Not sure if he discussed with Cam and Mett or not............

Ball control baby. And two or three turnovers. That's the Les formula. Don't hate.

noted

but since you're spitting out gameplan info....with an offense like A&Ms you want to run the ball arse much as possible if successful to keep their offense off the field.

we are better off running for 5 to 6 yards every single play. we should run at least 40 times that way jff has less chances to rape welter

But not in the 2 losses. In both losses Bama/Aub the opposing team ran for more than 200yds. The key is going to be to limit JFF's touches as much as possible and you do that by eating up the clock as much as possible. If we have to throw for 500yds I honestly don't think we win because that will mean A&M is scoring a lot also. Can our offense "as good as it is" win in a shoot-out? I don't know but it sure didn't work to well for us against UGA.

We are going to need to rush for 250yds against A&M to win this game, if we pass for 300-350yds and rush for over 200yds we should win the game. That is what has happened in both their losses that is how you beat A&M.
