Based off that menu and the name, the place seems gross.

I've only seen this place on Man vs Food. He did a wing challenge there. Never heard of it outside of that.

From what I gather it is opening in Lafayette first. If it does well there, I believe they plan to go to New Orleans, Baton Rouge and Lake Charles following that.

I use to go there when I was living in Knoxville. I am not a wing person at all but they were delicious.

According to their website the original restaurant was built in an abandoned gas station. Probably some play off of that.
