I don't get this at all. So less than 100 miles to the west of NOLA you can get some boudin, but none can be found in the city?

if ya have to, try to find LeBlancs at some local grocery stores. I know Labories on the west bank has it. Its frozen, but very good in a pinch.

Same reason you can't get a real po-boy in Baton Rouge- so close geographically to NO, but soooo far away relative to food.
