No worries, trust me on this one. once you get that new account and play this way - you'll enjoy the game more.

I was getting really tired of not being able to raid, having to solely depend on dungeons for experience (this was before HBM/blueportal). Had to make a fake account to just farm gold for me since it was nearly impossible.

Now I can do HBM/dungeons on that account to build up exp and shards to donate to guild and get hero badges.

I made a smurf account to solely level champs and I'm able to do the 5 dungeon runs, raid 4-5 times before everyone dies, run through "x" amount of HBM and log off for a good few hours.

If you have 5000 Might and you're losing HBM A, you're doing it wrong.

My Might is up to about 4500 and I can pwn A w/ only my Heroes, no additional troops out. Sometimes the Ninja dies, but that's what Nijna do.

If he wants to join and is on Android, I can lower the might requirement to get him in then raise it back up. That is good for anyone on here. The more TD members, the better imo.

Anybody got a base design to beat C that only uses 3 towers?

C 5 always gets me. I can beat B5 100% of the time.

once you hit C, you're gonna need a thunder god or engineer

There becomes a point where the amount of monsters become too much for the average legendary that hits only 1 monster at a time and you can't kill them fast enough so your heroes end up tanking everything. Once they tank everything, you know what happens next.

I find the Serpent Queen is also nice for wiping out lots of small troops.

Garrisoned:
77 Assassin

72 Pain-Da
60 Serpent Queen
60 Druid
60 TG
60 Angel (just to increase tower distance)
60 marauder (just to increase tower distance)
60 Hill Giant (just to increase tower distance)

My towers are 2 arrow towers 1 cannon tower.

It takes so long to get the TG's special to fire off that I only get 1-2 groups with his special usually. I suppose I could swap out the Paladin for the Serpeant Queen or I could grab an engineer and level him up, but the Paladin is my best hope at tanking.

I used her early on, but soon realized that time is more important and that monetary 1 second burst of damage that wipes out a squadron is better than the the percentage/.5 that SQ does. Once she tanks them all she won't be killing them all whereas a TG/engineer that tanks it can still wipe them out fast

If it works for you keep going for it, I'm just putting in my experience

TG does take a while to proc, the saving point for him is when TG procs when it is a cluster frick.(i.e. best time: they're in the heart of your base).

Issue that we all run into is that once they rush you with C-5 or whatever '5th' mob (independent of letter), once they get into the heart of your base you need to clear them ASAP. If you can't, you lose. Heroes that kill 1 at a time aren't fast enough (esp. when htey have to wipe out like 40 stupid foot soldiers) to wipe out mobs before they die. TG and engineer are usually the saving grace in dire situations like that. Just my 2 cents

Just keep leveling up your heroes. I'll try to post a defense setup that I had to do C-5 at 100%

Yeah, I have my heroes in the center of my base so she normally gets to attack while taking little damage because everyone is focused on buildings.

But I do need to change something because I can only beat C5 about half the time. I think getting my TG to lvl 80 will help a lot.

I'm starting to appreciate more how this game has used the hero's. There is really no basic 5 you can use to do everything really effectively.

Yes having a Thunder God/Druid is needed for all levels of the game but each hero has an ability that could help you in arena, raids, or blue portal it seems. It is nice they made it so you really could level 10-15 hero's over 100 and use them all.

Yeah, they've even made the lower tier heroes useful by making them necessary in order to boost towers, so you might not necessarily consume them after you get the higher tier "equivalent" of that hero.
