I've had good results with Wyeasts blends in the past.

My only pointer with that one would be to watch your IBUs... In my experience anything above 10 IBUs and you will see low levels of pedio and lacto activity

I'm aiming for 8.5. The Citra and the remaining Willamette are for dry hopping the beer that I pull out of my barrel.
