Are You Getting LSU Basketball Season Tickets?

Just got my email. I am beyond jacked up. This is my first year as a season ticket holder, and my favorite time of the year by far. I would have gotten them already, but I have season tickets to LSU Baseball, Football, and Saints as well. I decided to just bite the bullet this year and get them. Out of all those tickets I own, I am more excited about this team than anything. Really looking forward to it. Only a few more sections available for this year and it isn't expensive if you guys want to jump on like me.

Dear LSU Men’s Basketball Fan,
An LSU representative will attempt to contact you sometime during the hours of 8am and 5pm on Wednesday, October 2 to discuss men’s basketball season ticket seating options.

I'll be at all the games in the student section( ).
I know it's football season, but I catch myself thinking about basketball every day.

I have really thought hard about getting them. I just have not been able to convince myself to buy them. I am excited about this team and the future of the basketball team.

Thought the same thing. SouthofSouth told me that it was one of the best decisions he made last year.
So...
PACK THE PMAC!!

Gonna take advantage of my last opportunity to get free student tickets. Probably buy season package next year though.

I got mine last year while they are still relatively inexpensive. My thinking was to "buy low" now, because if the program takes off like we all hope it does, then ticket prices will do the same

I have thought about it but never really looked into it. I know it depends on the seats, but what do some of the different packages cost?
Say I wanted to get 2 tickets.

There's really nothing to lose for the $100 dollar upper tickets. That is dirt cheep, and most games you can move down to better seats.
I did that for a year before going all in and getting good tickets.

I saw where your seats were last year. Pretty solid. What do those cost?

This is so true...I got a pair of the $100 tickets last year, and never once even bothered moving down to better seats. It's a cliche, but there's no such thing as a bad seat in the PMAC.

I am considering buying the $100 set

I saw Andre Stringer last night and he said "better get your seasons tickets cause we got some MFers that can ball this year"

No
Buy individual tickets for game you want to see and then move down when all the old people leave to beat the traffic.

They are amazing I really suggest it. They are $250 a ticket plus a $175 dollar donation (after 1st year its only $125 donation). They aren't cheap, but they are worth it.
If you have kids, I'd say they are the type of thing that gives them great memories. It's one of my finest memories I made with my father which is probably why I am so into them.

Was thinking about it. How much would it be for 2 upper level seats (total cost for the season)

I sit on the 6th row in the upper level right at half court (literally if you kept drawing the half-court line through the stands it on pass through my seat) and my ticket cost $300 ($250 + $50 TAF fee). I had an opportunity to sit a bit lower in the mid-level, but the seats were in the corner and would have cost me approx $200 more. While everybody is different, to me any benefit of sitting lower did not outweigh the cost. Anyway, I feel like I've got a better view of entire court where I'm at, which was the most important thing for me when choosing my seat.
