here is a pic of him from May. I can't help but laugh at the size of the coke can in his banana hands

Favre is probably like 6'4" right? The body fat and weight could be realistic.
Lol no. 7.5 is very low.
If he is doing consistent cardio I bet he's around 12

Weird, he doesn't have a dip in.

His body fat is 7.5 percent and he weighs 225 pounds. He could play today, better than a lot of them out there today.”
He training for a triathlon or some shite? Is this even possible? lol

When you literally have nothing else to do in your life, sure.
Fwiw, I have multiple jobs and I still get in a good hour and a half of fitness in a day.

Yes, it is possible, but I do not think he is training for a triathlon.
a 50 mi ride and a 4 mi run would probably take him around 3.5 hours. Now, I don't think he's doing that 7 days a week, but that could easily be his routine.
His wife is a triathlete (she did a race I did back in May; thats where the pic came from) and does alot of local sprint races.
If he is riding and running, it sounds like he is just doing similar training to her.

I will believe anything Favre says.

7.5 percent and he weighs 225 pounds.

Like I said in the other thread about this. I'm 4 weeks from a half ironman and he is doing more than I am if true.

You're probably working, he is not.
During Ironman training I averaged a little over 2 hours a day training (14-16 hrs per week), plus the additional massages, stretching, foam rolling and such on top of a full time job, 3 year old, social life, etc.
At her age, his wife probably has a good shot to qualify for the 70.3 or 140.6 World Championships. it wouldn't surprise me at all if his wife has a coach, she is in the midst of a HUGE training block and Brett is out there with her or just following a similar plan.
ETA - I don't necessarily think he is doing all of that, I just don't think it's not true simply based off of the volume of training

Favre, giving it 100%, would be the best QB on the roster for these teams, and I will be forthright and tell you I cannot stand brett favre
Tampa Bay
Buffalo
NYJ
Washington
Minnesota
Cleveland
Tennessee
Jacksonville
St. Louis
Oakland
it speaks to how good he still is and his natural ability and to how awful the qb play is for those teams

doesn't matter how much muscle he is carrying. The guy has the pain tolerance to last 30 years in a north korean concentration camp and incredible retard strength

I'd like to see it. I always enjoy his play.

I'm not disagreeing with that, but his agent's comments are comical.
Also, he was pretty terrible the last year he played. Finished 29th in the league in QB rating behind Sanchez, Henne, Shaun Hill, Fitzpatrick, Jason Campbell, Kyle Orton, etc.

I don't think favre had even close to the same level of commitment he did the year prior
you see it with tony g now and favre then...training camp matters
yeah, his agent is making him sound like he's the buffest dude on the planet. He is not, but he looks to be in good shape and like i said...he has that retard strength/pain tolerance

Coaching a high school team...... and riding a bike 30-50 miles a day. BS!!!! A real coach doesn't have time to do all that crap.
