We'll need Jordan Allen to play lights out.. our entire DL actually. I'm going to laugh if Welter plays the game of his life and is key in a win though

Going to be a shoot out but ultimately I think it comes down to the match up between co-ordinators and game planning.

Chavis > Bobo

Cam > Grantham

LSU wins a close high scoring game.

With our d I am worried about gurley and Marshall

Gurley is really scary. Reminds me of Earl Campbell, but a step faster.

Between now and the Ga. game I expect to see some adjustments to the defense...a Freshman DB could actually be the star in this match-up! Three choices...which will it be....

Gurley and Marshall are a real concern and will be a threat to score a touchdown on every play.

Right now unless the defense goes out and dominates Auburn for 4 quarters the game im seeing will be in the 30's for both teams. I think we will pull it out though and gain the confidence to run the table. LSU wins 34-31 in a back and forth battle just like Georgia's first two games

Georgia has a traditional QB not an option QB so in that game i think we will see alot of run blitzing with the linebackers and Zone coverage by the Defensive backfield. I think we will committ to stopping the run and make Murray beat us with his arm and in my opinion its the only way to win that game. DB's will have to step up immensely

UGA's D sucks nads. Our D is better (I'm fairly certain of that). UGA gets 7 points for being the home team. Jeremy Hill will be back in good graces. Gurley will continue to be a stud.

UGA 35

They can run
We dont do well stopping the run

Neither do they. Have you watched their last two games? Nothing has changed since last year with their run defense.

He may not run the option much, but Murray can be very effective as a runner when he has to.

I actually think LSU will have a lot of success through the air against Georgia. They haven't played a team with two threats at WR, and right now their second corner (Langley #4) is a complete liability, and their safeties have been out of position: looks lost and slow. Expect big game from either Landry/OBJ. That being said, Gurley's going to rip LSU to shreds if linebacker play doesn't sure up.

Georgia would run all over us today and wear down our defense. We'd score points but Georgia would win the game. I have zero doubt.

But the story will be different when the actual games gets here. Our defense is a WIP.

It's the kind of game a Les Miles team excels in. What have some of you been watching for 9 years?

Was at Sanford yesterday I will say this...
Their D isn't very good. Very young in the secondary. Tackling isn't very good either

However their O is damn good. Their tailbacks are as good as advertised and the fullback is damn good blocking running catching. Oline played decent yesterday they did lose the LT.

South Carolina is way overrated.....

LSU will have a bunch of the kinks worked out on defense by the time that game rolls around

LSU 38-24
