What stage of dove field prep are you in?

Our millet is super thick this year. First year to have any jap mixed in. Interested to see how that works.
Plan to cut it this week, toss it a bazillion times, and bale it.
Should give the birds a couple weeks or less to find it and get fat.

Getting ready to shred and burn. Millet is thick as hell and sunflowers are almost ready. This was a several weeks ago.

I wouldn't cut it all right now. We are still 30 days away and a rain could sprout it all before opening day. I'd cut some/ leave some. But that's just me....

After Isaac kaboomed my dove field last year, I decided not to risk the couple hundred bucks again this year.

Maybe next year

Here us another example of a potential good thread with a very bad thread title.

Original Poster needs to ask his question in the title. I have been trying to help you guys and edit really bad titles. Help me help you.
