You can pick out any number of laws/rules you don't agree with, does that mean none of them should be followed or enforced?

It means I hope the NCAA has shite luck proving anything.

But ignoring rules just because someone disagrees has never gotten anyone in trouble. Ever. It always works out well in the end

We're talking college sports. What exactly do you imagine as a worse case scenario if Manziel gets away with making money off his autograph?

Seriously though, since winning the Heisman last year you mean to tell me that out of all the trips he's made this off season and appearances that he hasn't done one thing wrong to make him ineligible for this season? From flashing money at the casino to showing off his new Rolex. Come the frick on. Forget the whole parents thing.

What rule do you think he's broken?
Aside from possibly profiting off of his signature.

Auburn posters on the SECr thread were like, "Just say that his dad was taking the money.. problem solved."

I responded with, "Yeah, that worked like a charm in 2010.. thinking they'd play along."

They immediately went on the defensive.

I'm not defending the rule, jack. I'm saying it's a rule that, if broken, can have consequences.

I'm certain that once they open the can, there will be numerous violations discovered since he won the Heisman. TAM should really consider not playing him until they figure out what exactly has transpired since his last game. They don't need major infractions in their first few years of SEC play. The cult in College Station is much bigger than the douche that wants to be in Austin.

Agreed mercury.

He should just start playing Sundays asap.

The elephant in the room; can he play at the NFL level???
