i don't think tigerama will raise enough, but there's probably some other deep pockets that will help finance the trip....

Our stipends are going towards that too, so that's $325,000 right there (from the Athletic Department, which is pretty well-off as it is and is separate financially from the school).

That is not separate from the school. That is cash the school has and will pay for a trip to Ireland.
This is the same day the new Prez is bitching in the news about teacher salaries.
