No hes not. Not at all. Jai was a big time prospect. Top 100 recruit IIRC. Also never proved to be a good player and was passed up by alot of younger players when he was at LSU. He underachieved.

Eugene was a small name 3* prospect that has seen legit PT as a RS freshman. Eugene is still young too. Like someone said. Hes a great football player with no real position. Hes a utility player and can do alot of good things on the field. Also a damn good RB too.

The coaches love Eugene too. Hes 1 of those guys that will step in for any drill or volunteer to do something at practice. Watch the spring videos. He does the drill and does it right, then anytime they need somebody to step in and get in the drill hes the 1st one in there.
