I know through state laws this changes time to time. What's the best out there for longterm killing of grass and weeds? And where can I pick this up. Thanks

I know my dad gets just generic glyphosate. Doesn't even have a name on it. But he's a farmer with license and all.

they've gotta have a generic at homedepot

Could you ask a broader question? This is too narrow...

J/k

Grass, trees, fenceline, driveway? What are you trying to do?

I just use roundup concentrate, apply 3x a year and no problems.
I'm sure it is far from the "best" but it works, and just about everywhere sells it.

salt water from an oil well

2-4-D

Imazipyre (or how ever you spell it)

in that order, but the salt eater will eat wire fences so be carefull.

Any glyphosate product at least 41% concentrate (generic Roundup) will kill anything that doesn't have a woody stem. RM43 is 43% glyphosate with Imazapyr added for up to 12 month residual kill.

I'm actually using this in my yard. I live on 2 acres and have a bunch of 10ft tall sawtooths, limestone driveway, and the edge of the house that I spray. Definitely don't want to kill my sawtooths.
Thanks for all the replies

Not round up. Sprayed around my cabin twice killed the light grass but heavy weeds didn't do so well
