This morning I had hunger pangs that I knew would haunt me all morning if I didn't satiate them early enough. I decided to make myself a cheese omelet sandwich using some bread I sliced from a rustic loaf of Rosemary & Sea Salt bread I picked up the other day.

This time I made a simple half fold omelet using some fresh grated cheddar cheese.

Delicious with the cheese being nice and melty gooey!

It's the simple things that can taste so good!

Slap some bacon on there and you're all set.

Breakfast needs a condiment. As much of a fan of mayo as I am, it still doesn't seem right.

I need to know the secret to making something like that since my son asked for a egg and cheese sandwich for the first time in his life last week. I made one but he told me I didn't make it right and that the cheese was not melted enough.

I miss bread, I'd put the bag that bread came in over my head right now.

Dear Foodhouse Forum,

I never thought this would happen to me...

This morning I had hunger pangs that I knew would haunt me all morning if I didn't satiate them early enough. I decided to make myself a cheese omelet sandwich using some bread I sliced from a rustic loaf of Rosemary & Sea Salt bread I picked up the other day.

(Followed by beautiful food porn.)

Sorry for the thread derailment but I can't seem to get Meridian's attention.

Back to the OP. Looks great.

Being off and on Atkins for 3.4 years, I miss bread and love your bread pics.

You and Meridian are directly responsible for my weight woes this year with your constant cornbread pics.

Looks yummy. My egg, toast, and cheese go to is usually an egg in a basket with a little grated cheese (usually whatever I have around) on top.
