Bighorn Sheep...

The cost alone makes it unattainable for 99% of hunters, the terrain and altitude make it among the most physical hunts you'll ever make.

Any apex predator...without a firearm.

Personally I'd love to see someone try to take down a Tiger armed with spears and knives. Or a Grizzly...with bear mace and a punch on the nose.
