I came to the same decision about an APA I'm brewing next week.

I may split and use different yeasts soon, but I don't think I want to deal with two boils going at the same time.

I've got plenty of burners around the house these days so that's not much of a problem. Just figured I'd keep it simple since I'm using the keg for a boil kettle the first time. Plus I'm pretty sure it was going to max out the Mash tun. Rather get 1 right than 2 half assed at the moment.
