My new favorite tropicalish hops are Galaxy and Kohatu.

Galaxy is citrus, with peach/apricot, and passion fruit.

Kohatu is weird in a good way. It has this pinapple / lime / fruit punch thing going on which is really interesting.

Hop Union Aroma Wheel says Falconer’s Flight, Bitter Gold (who the??), and Nelson.

Like LSUGrad said, galaxy goes really well. I would like to do an azacca pale ale. The aroma they gave was wonderful, too bad my IPA turned to shite that i used them in. Among others.

Mosaic is always great.

Making a Motueka pale ale might not be bad either. They smelled very tropical as well.

Try out the New Zealand hops. Their descriptors seem interesting.
