It's not me, man.

Im talking about Monty and Dell liking a guy enough to take that #1 spot.

Im content at 6 and taking whoever falls. Or CJ McCollum.

But they are building this team and surely know more than any of us. Who will be the best fit with this team? What will they do with Gordon?

Oladipo, Noel, Len, McClemore? They may like one of these guys a lot. We do not know.

Tristian Thompson, Shaun Livingston, Alonzo Gee, Dion Waiters, the #1 pick for the # 6 pick, Xavier Henry, Eric Gordon, Brian Roberts, 2 turkey sandwiches, and a 2023 2nd round pick is what I'm hearing from my sources

This is very tempting.

It should be.

We havent even drafted or started free agency yet and we were one of the worst teams in 2012-2013.

gynosandberg@gmail for whoever is interested. Will take the bet with multiple people if need be

The thing is that the value between #1 and #6 just isn't large this year, at all.

Any guy could be available at any of those spots, and its almost certain that someone will drop to 6.

Cleveland is overvaluing the frick out of it, and next year's draft is SIGNIFICANTLY better, potentially, and everyone knows that.

It is all about value, and that trade is complete garbage for us. Lottery protected pick...maybe.

Also, you would take this deal, so that tells me you and brmark should get together

Huh? Are you saying I'm rooting against the team? I just asked who the Pelicans might be targeting. I never said I'd take this trade. I actually really like Vasquez and almost never put him in any of my silly trade thoughts.. Besides the guy I like in this draft, Zeller, should be sitting right there when we pick at 6..

Jeff Bower wouldn't do this trade.

I about that. Charlotte's GM really is pushing for Cody Zeller at 4...

quote:

According to ESPN’s Chad Ford, Cho is enamored with Zeller and would select him with the Bobcats fourth overall selection if he could, but he’s apparently meeting resistance from the ownership group. Per Ford: Bobcats GM Rich Cho is a big Zeller fan. He’s pushing that direction but getting resistance.
