Can't comment in the NOLA bulldogs, but I think the uptown one did.
The BR bulldog had it for sure, it was damn good. Only had it that one week though.

Are you thinking of the popular homebrew from the beer festival at the Rural Life museum this year? It was an outstanding thin mint stout ( i forget the exact name)
