I would hate to be them.

It's pretty amazing how LSU, NC and Vandy, the top 3 teams this season seem to have cooled at the worst time.

If I were them, I would have my bags packed and on the bus.

Pretty sure they both are. No one wants to go 2 and Q. I'm not assuming this game, I think we have all learned that lesson.

Do any of you people watch baseball? Do any of you know what can happen when a pitcher is on? It has nothing to do with cooling off. NC State's pitcher is a top 5 draft pick. Louisville has a first round draft pick. UCLA's pitcher is a senior that took advantage of LSU's hitters by pitching up in the zone, which is something no other pitcher has done to us all year. We don't have bats like we used to where we can check swing and hit a ball to the wall. It's a pitcher's game now. It has nothing to do with cooling off and more to do with facing good competition with excellent pitching.

And now the Tigers face a freshman RP, should be able to hit him. He didn't fare well against FAU and got out of some jams against USCe.

I respectively agree and disagree! I watched a Vandy team hit 95% of their balls right at Louisville players. Call it cooling off, the Baseball Goods or good pitching, you have runs where you look great and then runs were you can't get any breaks.

Miss State is having their good run now.

I don't. I think this team is mature and goes out to win with no fear.

Considering UNC hasn't lost 2 in a row all season, I'd imagine they are probably pretty confident as well.

UNC hasn't looked great, but they have managed to not lose when they most need it lately. Our team may not be sweating, but I am

LSU cooled off?

We won the SEC tournament, swept through the regionals and supers then lost 1 hard-fought game to a dominant pitcher.

simething tells me they arent sweating this game. It should LSU who si sweating. This is not a good matchup for us.. I think UNC wins this game and actually comes out of the losers bracket and makes it to the championship series.

It's baseball, anything can happen. I wouldn't imagine either team is feeling too well right now, not the situation they want to be in and certainly not the one they thought they'd be in.

I would guess he means we've been incosistent for the last month.. or should I say not as consistent as we were the first half of the season.

Hopefully Glenn can catch lightning in a bottle.
