The Iron Throne 'Blonde Ale' was the Lannister themed beer.
I'm not really sure about a star anise and licorice root stout... I thought 'Take the Black' was a perfect name for a black IPA.
If you really wanted to brew a stout; I would have gone with an imperial stout brewed with blood oranges and habanero peppers and called it 'Fire and Blood Stout', but that's just me.

I know, right? Both of those ingredients are very polarizing. Seems like you either love them or hate them. I fall into the hate camp.
