I was referring to MJ never shying away from taking a leadership position with his team, which is absolutely correct.

Shel, what do you make of Lebron's performance so far? Just in a funk, not aggressive enough, or both?

I've got to say that this seems so much like the Dallas series where you think he will snap out of it but he progressively gets worse, or tries less.

this is a good point, he may be too concerned about getting his teammates involved

Just from watching the game, that doesn't really seem to be the case, to me anyway.

Nope, the garbage James brought last night on both ends is impossible to defend. Jordan would never let himself be humiliated like that.

Can't defend it anymore than you can defend the bucket of shite he brought for the Dallas series.

Zero excuse for the lack of effort and really impossible to understand. The guy is a mental case.

I don't think you ever watched MJ, did you?

game 3 was awful

He's lost his jumper over for the 3rd straight Finals. Games 1 and 2 were nowhere near anything like Dallas Imo. He was aggressive, butsbut the Spurs locked down the paint, and he made the right basketball decisions. But again he had no jumper

GsGame 3 was eerily similar of Dallas. San Antonio played so far off of himii don't get why every team doesn't do it and gladly live with the consequences. But if he can stand at the 3 point line and his defender in the paint and he won't shoot ever like in game 3,the heat are screwed.

I gave you a game mj played that was at best equally as bad as Lebron and you're sitting here telling me he never played that bad, then say I never watched him play. Man...

If you did, I thought you might be too young, did you ever see a pathetic lack of effort and effectiveness on both ends like James last night?

The answer is no.

Yeah that's kind of what I mean in regards to the Dallas series. He didnt start off that bad the first game or two, but as the series went on it got weird.

Still, 6 ft in the first two games isn't normal for him.

Can you give us a three game stretch where he played that bad and lost his aggressiveness?

Yeah, I'm telling you Jordan NEVER laid a complete egg like James did last night, not even close. James was the worst player on the floor last night.

had to look it up to confirm the exact numbers.

If Lebron ever shot 6 of 19 it 3 boards and 2 assists is you'd blast him fo his effort, no doubt about it.

It will be interesting to see if LeBron will be aggressive tomorrow night or passive

You're off the grid shel. If you are trying to defend James' game last night in any way then there is no reasoning. Ask anyone if Jordan has ever played that poorly.

Name me something James did well last night.

What did you think about his defense?

why?

I never said Mj had a 3 game stretch like this. But since you asked, games 4, 5, and 6 of the 96 finals, on basketball reference, mj had a game score of 13. Lebron is at 16 in the finals.

MJ - 23/5/3 on 36% shokring
Lebron - 16/12/7 on 38% shooting

Back to you lol.

when will this nonsense stop?

LeBron is great. best player on planet. MJ is GOAT. currently Lebron is not the GOAT. LeBron has ways to go to become GOAT. revisit in 8 years. /debate
