The Matrix Reloaded fight with the pole (cartoon Neo)looked laughable in 2003 and it looks even worse today. Same with the Rock as the Scorpion King in The Mummy Returns.

Haha!

I remember rewinding that over and over.
It's just so awkward for the mummy to run over just to scream like that.

I'd be curious to see how much better they could film a CG Rock today. I don't understand why they didn't film the scene like with one of those horse men. Real upper body and cartoon bottom.

No this is not an Xbox clip.

I thought the car chase scene was exceptionally done, even for today's standards. Obviously there was CGI, but it never felt like it stoodout, atleast not too much to me.

Obviously the spinning top Neo was ridiculous.

I always thought the scene in Pirates of the Caribbean: At Worlds End where the multiple Jack's were bitching looked really bad considering this was a rather easy film trick.

Yeah, that car chase scene was badass.

I remember seeing The Mummy Returns and being SO disappointed in the CGI though. Especially considering how well done the first one was. It was borderline stupid and seemed unnecessary.

The scene with Legolas running all over the cave troll in Fellowship is almost as bad as the Neo scene. At least they kept that to a minimum though.

pretty much everything in Indy 4.

It has some of the worst digital compositing I have ever seen in a big budget film. I still can't believe that a-hole George Lucas was going around acting like he and Spielberg used old school practical effects to make the movie when its painfully obvious they used a crap load of CG and shot most of it in a studio.

Any time they've used special effects for a dog or wolf. It always sucks.

Watched Jurassic Park again. It's amazing how it holds up. I'm not sure anyone's done a better job on a T-Rex since.

Curse of the Demon (1958) (monster was on a track)
(But it still scared me when I watched reruns of it in the 70s

Anything in 'Plan 9 From Outer Space'

Anything in 'Birdemic"

The latter 2 are quite possibly the worst films (but in a funny and cult way) ever made.

Well, not only that, they weren't done yet. They decided to add the bowling pin sound as well.

When I heard that, even at 16/17 years old, I knew they had fricked up the 2 sequels.

I mean seriously, who thought that was a good creative idea after the tone of the first Matrix? I can't fathom it at all.

don't forget that all the people raving were hard bodied and young.

then all the leadership is a bunch of fat ugly old people.

it sort of made it look like Morpheus was really running a sex cult.
