The wife loves it, so I'm trying to find some places that serves it for a date night. TIA

I'd start at Domenica or a Mano. Check their current menu(s). Also I recently had a veal sweetbreads w/ risotto and wild mushroom app at Iris that was killer.

O'Briens Grille in Gretna is a really good restaurant, perfect for a date night, and has one of the best risottos I've ever had

“Crawfish Boil” Risotto
Creamy risotto made with all the lagniappe from a New Orleans backyard “Crawfish Boil” (crawfish, potatoes, corn, onions, andouille sausage & garlic) 10

La Petite has always had a good risotto. But it has often skewed into the vegetarian entree world.

Had a delicious risotto with peas at August once. So good!

Recently went to Clancy's and had the lobster risotta - rich but delicious and a good portion.

Domenica. The white truffle risotto is out of this world. Not on the current menu but they will still make it, all you have to do is ask.
