I got a feeling the Bonne Carre will be getting opened again this year. There goes the fishing in the lake!

Oh, and I have no doubt the Honey Island Shooting Range will be closed a few more times due to high water too!

Good thing for me. Love some backwater. Imagine all that muddy water will mess with the saltwater fishing and keep the basin high through the summer.

I kept saying a month ago that there has to be more water coming. It has to be. They've been getting their tits ripped up north.

We'll see, but its gonna take a lot more rain in the Ohio and lower Missouri in a very short time.

You can see how fast its rising up there and will bring most places along the river back to flood stage. That has expected rainfall forecasted in

The 28 day only forecast the lowest the water will get. Not the highest and its not very accurate. Stick with the 5 day forecast. Keep min mind it takes 2 weeks for the water to get from cape G to New Orleans. Cape G is cresting on 6/6. It won't get that bad.
