leftovers; choice of:
smoked italian chicken salad
smoked whole chicken
smoked chuck roast
grilled t-bone
i'll probably go with the chuck roast; not sure what Mrs. Vedder will choose. Baby Vedder will get something pureed. Cats will get dry food, as always.

My wife used to make something called company chicken. Chicken breasts, cream of mushroom, and a few other things. Served over pasta. Very easy and delicious. I'll see if I can find the recipe.
